Many people tend to overlook the multifunctionality of everyday tableware, perhaps because of its simplistic design, which fosters a fixed mindset in its usage. To capture people's attention and challenge this perception, Jie's initial approach involves reshaping pots and other tableware items. She firmly believes that there exists a profound relationship between food and the tableware it is served in. The experience of tasting food can be transformed by altering the forms of tableware. Even if unconventional plates or bowls may no longer be seen as traditional food containers, Jie still hopes to explore how these unique tableware pieces can seamlessly integrate into daily life. Given that individuals exhibit different habits and preferences when using tableware, they will undoubtedly employ and value these items in diverse and distinct ways.
